My Approach
I’m Mubashra Zafar, or Mosha, if you're feeling friendly. I'm a space-holder, pattern-spotter, and deep listener.
My work is rooted in the belief that we all carry an inner compass, and that sometimes we just need someone to sit beside us while we find it again. I don’t fix you. I don’t lead you. I walk beside you.


I’ve walked through my own seasons of being “too much” or “too sensitive,” and I know what it’s like to feel unseen or unsupported. That’s why the spaces I create are different. Here, all of you is welcome.
In our work together, I bring a calm nervous system, intuitive attunement, and the ability to read between what’s said and what’s felt. Whether we’re exploring your inner child, untangling emotions, or just talking it through, my aim is to help you reconnect to yourself and move forward with more clarity and ease.
I’m currently completing my certification in EQ Therapy, a scientifically grounded somatic approach to emotional healing. This training has deepened my work with nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and trauma-informed care. I integrate these principles into every session I offer.

​What makes The Healing Space different is the space itself, how it’s held, how it listens, and what it allows. This is not about doing things to you. This is about being with you, as you meet the deeper truths you already carry.

What happens in a session isn’t rushed or pushed. There’s no pressure to “heal” quickly or explain perfectly. I follow the natural rhythm of what wants to unfold, and support you in meeting it with honesty and care.

Emotions, body signals, subtle shifts, unspoken truths. I follow patterns, I sense deeper fields, and I hold the macro within the micro. You don’t have to explain everything. I’ll be with you in the not-knowing.
